Everyone who works with food has a responsibility for safeguarding the health of consumers to ensure the food they serve or sell is safe to eat. With increasing public, media and legislative scrutiny, food businesses need to get it right first time, every time. This course will ensure that anyone who works where food is cooked, prepared or handled understands their role in maintaining food safety.

Assessment
Multiple choice exam.
Duration
1 day. The next course will run on Tue 13th May 2025 from 9am to 5pm.
Certification
Highfield Level 2 Award for Personal Licence Holders.
Cost
£144 incl VAT (includes lunch and refreshments).
Venue
NLTG’s Vocational Centres of Excellence in Accrington, Oldham and Bury, or other venues across the North West. Numbers permitting, this course can be delivered on company premises
