NLTG complete exciting transition to a Community Interest Company (CIC)

North Lancs Training Group (NLTG) have completed an “important and positive” change to become a Community Interest Company.

The latest development will see NLTG now be known as North Lancs Training Group CIC.

Although there will be no change to how NLTG operates and the services provided, the update will see NLTG exist to benefit the communities we operate in.

With our key purpose to deliver training and education to people of all ages across all communities, in order to drive skills improvement and social impact, the conversion to a CIC aligns perfectly with our core values.

Gareth Lindsay, Managing Director of North Lancs Training Group CIC said: “This is both an important and exciting development here at NLTG, and one that we have been working on for some time.

“Our commitment to our partners, customers, and stakeholders remains paramount and they will continue to receive the same level of service from us as always.

“While there will be no change to how we operate, we envisage that the conversion to a CIC will present more opportunities in the future for the further development and improvement of our services to all our partners, as well as protecting the great work NLTG has achieved over the last 55 years.”
