Elizabeth started her Level 3 Hospitality Supervisor apprenticeship in December 2022 and has progressed massively during this time gaining a lot of skills that help her carry out her new job role. We are very proud of the progress that Elizabeth has made. Read below to see Elizabeth’s journey so far
Journey so far: I started my employment journey with Crow Wood in August 2018 as a part time housekeeper working on the farmhouse accommodation, since then I have been promoted four times first as Housekeeping Supervisor , then Lead Trainer and Senior Housekeeping Supervisor shortly followed becoming Deputy Housekeeping Manager and my current role is Housekeeping Manager of Crow Wood Leisure and The Woodland Spa. I oversee a team of 37 housekeepers and supervisors that work over a 24 hour period working morning, evening and night shifts who maintain the high standards of cleanliness expected when visiting Crow Wood Leisure, The Woodland Spa , Bertram’s and The Lounge restaurants, Soccer Burnley and Farmhouse accommodation. I am very pleased to have now completed my Level 3 Hospitality Supervision -Housekeeping Standard with a Distinction. Thank you for all the support received from Crow Wood and my Tutor Penny Thomson at NLTG.
