Employee of the Year 2024 – Michaela Rimmer

We are delighted to announce that Michaela Rimmer is the winner of NLTG’s 2024 Employee of the Year Award… congratulations Michaela!

Michaela took over the role of Contract Support/ASET Team Leader in September 2023 and since then, she has never looked back. An extremely popular member of the NLTG family, Michaela has thrived in her role and has been a key figure in training and supporting team members.

She provides an outstanding level of service, both internally and externally, and is always happy to help, even when under pressure.

Professional, supportive and always willing to go the extra mile, no task is too great for Michaela and she provides an outstanding service while supporting the development of new team members.

Always approachable and reliable, Michaela has grown in knowledge and skills and is an invaluable member of our team.

In addition to working with new systems and processes, there has also been major changes within Michaela’s team, in the form of new team members and apprentices who all required training and support with their new job roles, to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the department. She has spent time with each and every one of her team, supporting them all to gain confidence in their abilities.

She is a very worthy winner of this award for her service, dedication to her job and the team that she has built.”
