NLTG Employee of the Year 2019 – Jonathan Fielding

NLTG’s 2019 Employee of the Year is Jonathan Fielding. Jonathan has worked at NLTG for nearly 20 years and is currently our Fleet Co-ordinator, with responsibility for looking after the 130 company cars driven by our team.

Pictured below is Jonathan (right) receiving his Employee of the Year trophy from NLTG Managing Director, Gareth Lindsay.

Jonathan was nominated by members of the NLTG management team who commented;

“Jonathan is professional and has a passion for what he does which can clearly be seen in his attitude and his approach to work. He is an approachable person who always remains calm in a crisis and has helped many people at NLTG when they have needed it the most.”

“Jonathan is professional to the ninth degree. He is always available with expert knowledge and goes the extra mile to make sure our team is safe, and the fleet is immaculate.”

Jonathan is fully deserving of his award. He has developed during his twenty years’ service with NLTG to become a hugely valued member of our team with very important responsibilities. He is a true gentleman who encompasses all of NLTG’s core values in his daily work.
