Sliders UK were the first fabricator in the UK to manufacture Secured by Design approved patio and bi-fold doors. With the ever growing success of their company, in Summer 2015 they decided to expand their ongoing staff training to the Sales/Admin department.
Four employees of Sliders UK recently achieved their Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Customer Service.
Olivia Redman, Jennifer Critch, Samantha Begg and Emma Park were presented with their certificates by NLTG assessor Lisa Whalley. All four took part in a variety of interactive group sessions run by Lisa Whalley and Charlotte Yeadon, as well as one to one sessions in the latter stages of their Apprenticeship.
They have now worked for the company for 2-3 years as Sales Order Processing Clerks, Olivia being initially employed as a Fabricator but progressing to the office team after three months. They are now considering their options and are hoping to progress to their Advanced Diploma in Customer Service soon.
