Description

Nxgen Lifting Ltd are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join our award-winning business.

As a Telesales & Hire Desk Support Administrator, you will play a vital role in generating sales, providing exceptional customer service, and offering technical support to our clients. You’ll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with queries, supporting hire desk operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction across both sales and support functions.

Telesales:
• Contacting prospective customers via phone to introduce and promote our products/services.
• Identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.
• Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Documenting and tracking sales calls, conversions, and follow-ups in CRM.

Hire Desk Support:
• Assisting with customer enquiries related to equipment hire services.
• Coordinating the availability, booking, and delivery of hire items with suppliers and customers and using internal hire system
• Ensuring all customer hire requirements are met and orders are processed accurately

Key Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in telesales or customer service (preferred but not essential).
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
