We are looking for a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Material Cutter apprentice. In this role, you will be trained to work alongside experienced craftsmen and technicians. Duties include:
• learn all the details of cutting fabrics for upholstered furniture pieces,
• learning how to operate and maintain hand cutting /machine cutting equipment,
• learning the structure of fabrics and how they behave in a production environment, i,e stretch/pile of fabrics.
• identifying flaws within the fabrics we use and how we work around these problems.

• Willingness to be a team player.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures.

Maths and English GCSE grade 4 or above.
