The ideal applicant will be trained to;
• Greeting Customers
• Understanding and Promoting the menus available
• Taking and processing orders
• Serving Food and Drinks (Table Service)
• Understanding and implementing Food Safety
• Supporting and working with Team members
• Understanding the product knowledge of menu content and drinks available from the bar.

• Good communication when dealing with customers

• GCSE GRADE 4 in maths and English would be an advantage but not essential.
