Working in a small team, duties will include:

• Answering the telephone to customers
• Serving customers trade/retail customers
• Booking in and booking stock
• Raising invoices to customers and suppliers using SAGE
• Dealing with customer queries under supervision
• Work shadowing manager to learn about the products and processes
• Taking deliveries
• Ordering stock items
• Meeting and greeting customers
