Description

Job purpose: to assist and support the Sales and Accounts teams with a number of administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail at all times.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the sales team with all administrative tasks including adding CV's to the system, preparing files for application, updating schedules
• Add vacancies and placement for our temp clinicians in a timely and accurate fashion
• Downloading CV's from jobs boards to feed into the business and boost company conversion
• To ensure sound knowledge of each area of the business through listening, learning and fact finding at every opportunity
• Respond to emails and calls from colleagues and in a timely and professional manner
• To assist management with ad hoc projects such as data cleansing whenever required
• Ensure the general state of the office is tidy and presentable
• Scanning / filing documents received in a timely manner
• Working alongside set processes and procedures to ensure best practice in terms of compliance
• Any additional duties required based on business needs
