•Spray coat water- based primer and water- based topcoat.
•Spray lacquer oak veneer cabinet panels.
•Full management of painting schedules and spray sheets.
•Occasional use of various wood stains/finishes.
•A good understanding of cabinet components and painting schedules.
•Rubbing down and preparing timber for finishing
•Gun/Equipment maintenance
•Brush, spray, or hand-rub finishing ingredients into timber product
•Prepare timber for spraying (de-nibbing).

•A genuine passion for finishing bespoke cabinetry.
•Able to work to agreed deadlines to a high standard.
•Able to work from production drawings/sheets.
•Able to work on initiative as well as part of a team.
•Good communication skills.

No formal qualifications required.
