Course Overview

You’ll work with a wide range of customers to provide a high-quality service, which may be face-to-face, by phone, email, social media or post. Depending on your job role, you may be dealing with sales, orders and payments; offering advice, guidance and support; meeting and greeting customers; fixing problems, arranging after care and service; or researching whether customers are satisfied with products or services. You’ll provide information on the products or services your company offers and may provide customer care before, during and after the purchase of a product or service.

Completion of this Apprenticeship will lead to eligibility to join the Institute of Customer Service as an Individual member at Professional level.

Course Duration

Up to 17 months (ie a practical training period of 12 months, followed by an End Point Assessment (EPA) period of up to 5 months).

Entry Requirements

You will have to take a Skills Scan to ensure your current level of maths and English is at the required level.
