Holly works in Central Client Fulfilment at Cheetham Jackson, a financial planning business. Her duties include administration for the company’s advisors, investing, reporting, and writing up client-facing documents. Holly first discovered NLTG when looking on the government website and found NLTG’s vacancy with Cheetham Jackson, which she then decided she wanted to pursue. She has soared through her qualification and has successfully completed her Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship.

Holly believes that completing her qualification has helped to greatly improve her PowerPoint skills, communication skills and general business knowledge, all of which will be beneficial for any future career plans.

Her favourite thing about the job is the fact that she is being paid to do something she enjoys, and that she has achieved a quality qualification at only 18 years old.

Moving forward, Holly would love to progress further within the company, and is thinking of completing the mortgage advisor exam.

Holly summed up her experience with NLTG by saying, “My tutor, Jenny, was incredible and was always there if I needed help. I didn’t think I would be ready for a job coming straight from school, but I genuinely have loved every second of it and look forward to continuing my work here at Cheetham Jackson.”
