He is now 29 and has become, through his employment at James’ Places and the help of NLTG, a highly qualified Head Chef at The Royal Hotel, heading up a team of 5 chefs. Wayne produces new menus, wedding tasters and new and exciting daily specials with the wealth of knowledge and skills gained from his Apprenticeships and experience through James’ Places. He has gained a wealth of experience and qualifications and has also travelled a lot due to this.
