Rezwana Imtiaz

Rezwana came to us to discuss her options and decided she would like to improve her Customer Service Skills and so, she enrolled on our Customer Service course. She also enrolled on our Upholstery course as she thought she had skills that could be transferred and utilised. Upon successful completion, she wanted to continue her journey of confidence building and opted to join the Hospitality course. Rezwana really flourished during this course and her skills in the kitchen were soon being put to good use.

Her confidence soared, and at the end of the course, she approached her tutor about doing work experience with us. We were happy to accept and so agreed for Rezwana to put her skills to good use and help us out in the kitchen. Whilst carrying out her work experience with us, she applied for a job as a Welfare Assistant in a local school and were pleased to hear that Rezwana  was successful and is now working in the kitchen at Hollins School and is excited about her future.

Rezwana said, ‘The tutors at NLTG were really helpful and friendly and without their support throughout the course, i’m not sure I would have got the job!’
