This includes Apprenticeship Tutors, English and Maths Tutors, Study Programme and Traineeship Tutors and Tutors who deliver our courses to support job seekers; all supported by our highly trained support teams. Our aim is to make a real difference to every learner’s life and every employer’s business. We can source apprentices for employers or train existing members of an employer’s team. We deliver Apprenticeships at Levels 2 to 5 in a wide variety of occupations - Furniture Occupations, Business Administration, IT Digital Support, Customer Service, Digital Marketing, Catering & Hospitality, Lean Manufacturing, Warehousing, Glass Occupations, Team Leading, Management and Retail. NLTG also offers Traineeships and our popular Study Programme courses. These are exciting pre-Apprenticeship programmes tailored to suit the needs of young people aged 16-18 who are not yet ready, or able to directly enter employment or an Apprenticeship. Our courses for job seekers have assisted many people in returning to the world of work and creating a better life for themselves. We also offer a range of commercial training options, including e-learning courses, compliance training and specialist furniture courses, alongside our health and safety programmes.
