Situated amongst the hills, forests and reservoirs of Entwistle, The Strawberry Duck has long been one of Bolton’s landmark pubs. Famous in days gone by for its hospitality and beautiful location it has been brought back to life as a traditional pub focusing on quality food and great cask ales. We also have 5 B&B bedrooms, which will provide comfortable and cosy accommodation for you to get away from it all!

Our General Manager Jason, along with their wonderful team, are on hand to provide friendly and attentive service as well as fantastic food.

Working within a professional setting duties will include:

• Prepping for lunch
• Getting salad station Prepped up
• Producing meals from fresh
• Using a variety of kitchen equipment
• Assisting the team to a high standard of service
• Adhering to Health and Safety Regs

• Catering for all individual dietary requirements
• Cleaning down after service
• Labelling food and ensuing its wrapped correctly
