We are highly experienced in all aspects of design, sourcing and production. Accessories include scarves, bags, belts and jewellery.

Working within a fast paced environment, duties will involve:-

• Provide excellent customer service to all customers
• Visual merchandising to customers via video calls
• Taking orders over the phone/whatsapp
- Offering advice, guidance and support
• Fixing problems and offering solutions
• Upselling products to increase sales
• Picking and packing orders for delivery
• Accepting incoming deliveries and checking items
• Meeting and greeting clients who walk in
• Updating company websites
• Prioritising orders in order of importance
• Keeping up to date with women's fashion trends

Skills required:
• Excellent work ethic
• Multitask and switch to different jobs as fast paced environment.
• Confident and people person to hold conversations with customers
• Experience using/updating whatsapp business catalogue is highly desirable - this includes taking pictures and adding new products to the whatsapp business catalogue, communicating to customers via WhatsApp and carefully picking orders from WhatsApp with no errors
• Establish and maintain customer relationships
• Physically able to work in a busy showroom
• Smart, professional, hygienic appearance to serve customers
• Previous experience would be beneficial
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• PC literate

• 20 days holiday per year plus Bank Holidays

• Overtime on Sundays if required 10:30-15:00
