Long Established local restaurant based on the Golf Club and providing great service and an excellent range of foods for the locals, members and private parties.

The Ideal applicant will be trained to
• Greeting customers
• Understanding and promoting the menus available
• Taking and processing orders
• Serving food & drinks (table service)
• Understanding and implementing food safety
• Supporting & working with team members
• Understanding the product knowledge of menu content and drinks available from the bar

• Self motivated and enthusiastic, with the desire to learn
• A passion for working in a fast pace environment
• Attention to detail
• Confidence in good communication with customers

• GCSE grade 4 in Maths & English (Desirable not essential)

• 20 days annual leave and statutory days
